Mobile Phones: Effective Bee Repellant

For the longest time, scientists and health experts have stressed the dangers mobile phones pose to humans. Constant exposure to the electro-magnetic waves emitted by cell phones has gradual and adverse effects on the human body. But bodies of evidence to prove such claim are still lacking.
But whether or not this is true is really beyond the ken of ordinary people. Besides, we have mobile phone accessories to protect us from such dangers. Anyway, another occurrence has baffled commercial bee farmers as of late. Honey production has decreased significantly due to honey bees not returning to their hives. Insect experts suspected that EMP's from cell phones interfere with the bees' navigation systems. There are still no reliable evidence to prove this theory but scientist believe that EMP causing bees to lose their way is quite possible.

The First Mobile

Ever wonder what the first mobile phone looked like? For us who have been using the latest mobile phones and the latest gizmos and cell phone accessories, we automatically revert to Nokia 5110 or the Motorola Talkabout as the first cell phones. But going down the memory lane, the said scenario is not the case like many of us thought it was.
There were a lot of mobile phone models that claimed for the bragging rights to be called the first. After a few jostling and hustling about, the first ever mobile phone (handeheld, that is) to beome commercially available in the United States was the Motorola DynaTAC 800X.
As technology fastened its pace and the like of Nokia, Samsung and LG produced their own line of mobile phones and Nokia has its Nokia accessories and Samsung has its Samsung cell phone accessories; carriers like Srpint and Nextel emerged and Sprint accessories are now out on the market and Nextel has its line of Nextel phone cases, theirs was a far cry from the DynaTAC.
The DynaTAC is way, flat out, humongous and bulky by today's standards. But it was quite a sensation back then. There were no Motorola cell phone accessories to beef up the DynaTAC but it sure was beefy.
