Tribute to Bosch

Have you ever used Bosh mobile phones? They were kinda one of the hottest mobile phone eight or nine years ago. See, unlike famous names like Nokia and Motorola, the Bosch line of mobile phones was not that popular. This seems contradictory to what I said earlier; that Bosch was quite a pancake back in the days.
To make it clearer, during those days the Nokia 3210 and the Motorola Timeport series lorded the mobile phone scene, along with Nokia accessories and Motorola cell phone accessories as well. If you own a mobile phone bearing a different name apart from the two mentioned earlier, you were automatically famous. Of course, the fame will stay depending on the performance on your phone. Bosch mobile phones, particularly model COM 509, stayed long enough to make a dent on our memory banks.
Generally, the Bosch brand is famous for power tools. But with the COM 509, Bosch had practically made itself an underdog in the mobile phone business. With its excellent performance and remarkable battery life, COM 509 was an instant favorite.
But ultimately, Bosch could not come up with a follow up. Like in the movies where the sequels sucks more than the first one, the same thing happened to Bosch.
Today, we see not just Nokia and Motorola. There are a lot of others who are either blazing or clawing their way to the peak of mobile communications. Samsung cell phones and Samsung cell phone accessories. LG cell phones and LG cell phone accessories. Question is: Would there be another Bosch in the making?
